The Seamless Flow Set is our full-length studio uniform: a second-skin long sleeve with contour panels and a ribbed hem, paired with high-rise leggings that stay put when you fold, lunge, and twist. Seamless construction reduces chafe. Soft compression shapes without clamping. Density and recovery keep you covered under stretch, so you stay focused on the practice, not the outfit.

Seamless knits exist to stop seams digging in holds. We wanted that comfort with enough density that the set still stays opaque in a forward fold under studio light.

The ribbed waistband and long-sleeve hem speak the same language. High-rise coverage protects through folds. This is the set you reach for when you want zero distraction and zero adjusting.
